NEW CLIENT BOOKING

All new client appointments are made through our online booking system.   A confirmation email of your appointment date and time will be sent to you once we have received a deposit.

TOUCH UP SESSIONS

Appointments can be made on the day of your initial appointment or via email following your initial session.  Additional touch up and Annual touch up appointments can be made via email at any time.  Touch up appointments can NOT be made through our online booking system.

DEPOSIT

NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT

All appointments require a $100 deposit to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to reschedule an appointment.  The amount will be deducted from the total cost. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment. An invoice for the deposit will be emailed within 3 business days.  Once we have received the funds we will confirm your appointment date and time.

COSMETIC TATTOO IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CLIENTS WHO ARE OR HAVE:

  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Keloid
  • Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
  • Diabetic (consult your doctor)
  • Undergoing Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
  • Viral Infections and/or Diseases
  • Epilepsy
  • A Pacemaker or major heart problems
  • Had an organ transplant
  • Sick (cold, flu, etc)
  • Had Botox in the past 2 months
  • Used Accutane in the past year

CANCELLATION POLICY

72 hours is required to reschedule an appointment or your deposit is forfeited.  If you choose to cancel your appointment you will automatically forfeit your deposit.

It is important to make it on time to your appointment.  Please contact us immediately if you are unable to make your appointment or if you are going to be late.  We understand unforeseen events may occur.  Please take into consideration of possible traffic and road closures to ensure timely arrival.

NO SHOWS

The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their appointment.  An additional $50 fee will be applied to rebook an appointment.  15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and may result in a forfeit of your deposit and a cancellation of your appointment.  A new deposit will be required for a new appointment.  This is to be fair to everybody and keep scheduling on track.  Let's be respectful of each others time.
